Sarah founded Sanctuary Serene Clean in 2019 with a mission to bring genuine care and professionalism to the cleaning industry. With over 12 years' experience in facilities management, she oversees every aspect of the business and personally vets every new client relationship.

Operations Manager
James runs our day-to-day operations, ensuring every clean meets our documented standards. A former hotel housekeeping manager, he brings meticulous attention to detail and oversees our quality inspection programme across all commercial contracts.
