Carpet Cleaning in Welwyn Garden City

The Challenge

The practice had heavy footfall in the waiting room and hallways, leading to dark traffic lanes and several unsightly medical-grade disinfectant spills. They needed a deep clean that met strict hygiene standards without disrupting their busy weekday patient schedule.

Our Approach

We implemented a low-moisture cleaning technique for the reception area to ensure rapid drying, followed by a high-temperature steam extraction for the treatment rooms. We focused on sanitising the fibres and used a specialised neutraliser to lift the chemical staining from the disinfectant spills.

The Outcome

The carpets were fully restored to a uniform colour, and the traffic lanes were completely eliminated. The practice was able to reopen the next morning with a fresh-smelling, hygienic environment that exceeded their clinical requirements.
